Refund Policy

At Mountain Thrill Explorers, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is structured to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness. Please review the following terms:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the total trip cost.
  • 15-30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • 7-14 Days Before Departure: If a cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to the tour date, a 25% refund will be provided.
  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund due to the commitment of resources and arrangements.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Mountain Thrill Explorers cancels a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, you will be offered the following options:
    • A full refund of the trip cost.
    • The option to reschedule the trip to a later date or select an alternative tour of equal value.

3. Partial or Early Trip Termination

  • If you voluntarily choose to leave a tour early, you are not eligible for any refund for unused services or accommodations.
  • If a trip is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or road closures), Mountain Thrill Explorers will assess the situation and provide partial refunds where applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain fees, such as administrative charges, booking fees, and any non-refundable deposits made on accommodations or third-party services, may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Health-Related Cancellations

  • In case of cancellation due to health-related issues, we may offer partial refunds or rescheduling options at our discretion. Proof of the medical issue may be required for processing.
