Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation Requirements: All bookings must be made through our official website, by email, or via authorized agents. A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking, with the balance due in 3 number of days before the departure date.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
• Cancellations: If you cancel a reservation, refund policies will apply as per our cancellation policy. Mountain Thrill Explorers reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from the refundable amount.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the tour date will be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 3 days of the tour date.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: Mountain Thrill Explorers may cancel trips due to weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events. Full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered in such cases.

3. Health and Safety Requirements

• Medical Fitness: All participants must ensure they are physically fit for travel. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns regarding high-altitude or adventure activities.
• Insurance: We recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal property, as Mountain Thrill Explorers is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage.
• COVID-19 and Health Regulations: Clients are required to follow all health protocols as mandated by Pakistani authorities, including but not limited to COVID-19 testing, vaccinations, and any quarantine requirements.

4. Itinerary and Program Changes

• Adjustments: Mountain Thrill Explorers reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen events. Alternative options or refunds may be provided in case of significant changes.
• Tour Duration: Delays due to weather, road closures, or natural disasters may impact the tour schedule. While we strive to maintain the planned itinerary, some adjustments may be necessary.

5. Liability and Limitations

• Liability: Mountain Thrill Explorers is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, including losses due to third-party services such as hotels, transportation, or activity providers.
• Responsibility: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, adventure tours come with inherent risks. All participants assume full responsibility for personal safety.
• Compliance with Laws: All clients must follow local laws and regulations, including environmental guidelines and respect for cultural sites.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respect for Local Communities: Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Any behavior that disrespects local communities or is unlawful may result in termination of the tour.
• Environmental Responsibility: Please follow our eco-friendly guidelines, including waste management and preserving natural habitats. Violating environmental guidelines may result in penalties.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect basic personal information for bookings and service delivery. Your data will be used only for operational purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
• Consent to Communication: By booking with us, you consent to receive communications related to your trip and promotional updates from Mountain Thrill Explorers.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Disputes: Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Should a conflict arise, both parties agree to seek a resolution through negotiation or mediation before legal action.
• Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistan’s legal framework.
